Cheree Crowley gave birth to Dakota Kai on May 6, 1988 in Auckland, New Zealand. She claims to have Irish and Samoan ancestry. Dakota Kai Biography Wrestling Career
As Evie, Cheree made her professional wrestling debut in December 2007 for the New Zealand-based company Impact Pro Wrestling. In September 2011, she made her debut for the Professional Wrestling Alliance (Australia) (PWA Australia) in Sydney, Australia, during their annual PWWA show.
In August 2012, Evie won the inaugural Impact Pro Wrestling New Zealand Women’s Championship by defeating Britenay and Megan-Kate in a triple threat match.
