The ex-couple was involved in a legal battle over custody of their two children together. The couple has a son named Otis and a daughter named Daisy. Daisy is five years old, while Otis is eight.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, a judge in the children’s home state of California dismissed Sudeikis’ custody petition against Olivia.
