Marcell Ozuna was charged with DUI early Friday in Atlanta.Ozuna talked for 18 seconds before the Astros game. He made a statement, but no questions.

Ozuna's second arrest in two years. He was detained on May 29, 2021, after police said they saw him abuse his wife. After completing a diversion programme, the charges were withdrawn.

A Norcross police officer detained Ozuna in metro Atlanta around 4:30 a.m. Friday. DUI, lane-departure: $1,830 bail.
Ozuna is in the second year of a $65 million, four-year contract with Atlanta. In 2020, he hit.338 and led the NL with 18 homers and 56 RBI, but his average has declined for two seasons.
