This comes after the 38-year-old actress alleged that the 46-year-old "Ted Lasso" actor, who wanted the kids to call New York home.

issued the custody papers in April "in the most violent way conceivable" as she was participating in a panel discussion about her new movie at Comic Con.

Olivia stated in a filing that Jason, with whom she was in a relationship from 2011 until 2020, planned to "embarrass" and "threaten" her by having the papers presented in such a public venue.

Olivia, who is now dating pop singer Harry Styles, 28, said in court that Jason's actions were plainly intended to frighten her and catch her off guard. He could have served me calmly, but he chose to serve me as aggressively as possible.

The idea that Jason would publicly shame me and put our personal issue on display in this manner is incredibly detrimental to our children's best interests.

Since Jason has stated that we would not be able to resolve this for the sake of our children outside of the legal system, I filed a petition for custody in Los Angeles.

The former "SNL" actor planned to file the move, but he didn't want to do it so dramatically, a source said at the time.
